After the release of the life simulator inZOI, which temporarily took first place among the most desired Steam games, Hollow Knight: Silksong has regained its leadership in this ranking. This indicates the great interest of players in the continuation of the popular metroidvania by Team Cherry.

Here's What We Know

Hollow Knight: Silksong was announced back in 2019, and since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting its release. Despite the absence of a specific release date and a limited number of updates from the developers, the game continues to hold high positions in the player waiting lists and currently has 322,000 subscribers on Steam.

It is now ahead of such projects as Valve's Deadlock and Elden Ring: Nightreign by FromSoftware.

Although, given the active mentions of the game by various companies like Xbox, there is a certain chance that the game could be released in 2025 or 2026.
